Kasbah Illy is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view and excellent value. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. She arranged my taxi and personally made sure the Arabic-speaking driver understood exactly where I needed to go.
The restaurant did not match the quality of the hotel. The chicken I ordered was very dry and disappointing.

Une très belle kasbah, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La décoration est élégante et raffinée, riche en détails tout en restant sobre et harmonieuse.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec de beaux volumes, et la salle de bain est agréable. Le seul petit bémol concerne l'eau chaude, qui n'était pas toujours suffisamment chaude durant notre séjour.
Le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité et permet de bien commencer la journée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la magnifique piscine, qui offre une superbe vue sur la vallée.
L'accueil a été excellent, avec une réceptionniste particulièrement souriante, professionnelle et toujours disponible.
Un établissement de charme où l'on se sent très bien, que nous recommandons volontiers.
