The host is very friendly and always helps with everything, she also has a lovely dog.
There is a lot of space and additional facilities - the coffee maker with capsules provided, a microwave, a fridge and basic cutlery, cups. Note this room DOES NOT have a kitchen, it is a bigger apartment that has it which you can book in the same property.
The location is okay provided you have a car, but there is also a city bus which is for free and the stop is just outside the property.
Definitely the AC should be completely revamped, because the current portable unit is just not sufficient for such a hot weather. Bathroom could also use a little more maintenance.
I would also suggest putting a sign in the street, because Maps leads to the wrong part of the property, where there is no entrance and parking. You have to turn 15 metres eariler to a dead-end street, but it is not marked anywhere..

A Simoneta é maravilhosa! Uma pessoa super atenciosa e cordial sempre pronta a ajudar a a dar dicas ótimas. O espaço é de bom tamanho, cama muito confortável e havia todas as comodidades além de um jardim com espaço externo muito acolhedor. Voltaremos com certeza!
Gostei de tudo mas tenho uma sugestão : uma churrasqueira seria incrível para valorizar ainda mais a área externa.
