Wie immer alles bestens. Zimmer könnte etwas mehr Pflege vertragen. Das man bei 35Grad, obschon man quasi Dauergast ist, kein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage bekommt, ist etwas schade.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Oersonals war super. Frühstück und Abendessen war perfekt. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Umweltbewusstes putzen, das heisst, geputzt wird auf verlangen.
bestimmte Stellen, Fensterrahmen /Türrahmen geöffnet innen, waren nicht so sauber.
Gäste die im Poolbereich Nägel feilen.

Die Lage ist top. Der Wellness Bereich ist okay.
Das Bett war nicht sauber. Haare am Kopfteil. Diverse Krümel, Haare und anderes Undefinierbare zwischen Matratze und Kopfteil.
Aus den Duschen im Wellnessbereich kommt kaum Wasser, reicht nicht um sich kurz abzuduschen.
Ich wollte direkt an der Rezeption ein Zimmer buchen, angeblich war volle Belegung. Über Booking com hatte ich 5 Minuten später ein Zimmer.
Das Personal ist teilweise arrogant, nicht alle.
Hunde darf man gegen Bezahlung mitbringen, sind aber nirgendwo erlaubt.
