Villa Ucka is a beautifully situated villa, set in peaceful and quiet surroundings. It has a lovely garden with a swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen. The hosts are very friendly, hospitable and helpful people; Mrs Ana was always on hand to help, provide information about the area and ensure the guests’ comfort.
What’s more, the hosts ensure that the garden and swimming pool around the villa are always clean and well-maintained.
It’s great that the villa has parking spaces.
The nearest shop is a 5-minute drive away, and the beach is a 10-minute drive or a 10–15-minute walk (down some steps). It’s a short drive to Opatija, Lovran and Rijeka. The villa is situated on a hill, so the access roads are narrow and winding.
The apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious (bedroom, living room with kitchen, balcony, bathroom), clean, cosy, with stunning sea views from the bedroom and the balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped (microwave, dishwasher, hob, wipers, dishwasher tablets, etc.). The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The blinds on the windows were also very useful.
We definitely recommend Villa Ucka and will keep this place in mind for the future!

To jest lokalizacja dla kogoś kto szuka spokoju z ładnym widokiem na morze. Wszędzie da się dojechać autem jednak jak to w miejscowościach nadmorskich w Chorwacji czasem jest problem z zaparkowaniem nad samą wodą. Sama lokalizacja domku to na wzgórzu ponad 100m n.p.m. więc spacer w dół zajmuje 6-7 minut, ale już w górę to zależy od kondycji (razem 300 schodów :P). Do morza prowadzi w większości ścieżka ze schodami i z fajnym widokiem. Osobiście schodziliśmy tylko raz dziennie żeby podchodzić też jeden raz :P Po zejściu na dół do zatoczki w miejscowości Ika jest 5km spacerem przepiękna promenada przy skałach do Opatiji. Jeździ tam autobus co ok. 30-60 minut. Samo miejsce w cichym miejscu, ze świetnym i dużym basen, z wystarczającą ilością wygodnych leżaków i parasolkami. Na basenie obowiązuje regulamin z korzystaniem w godzinach 8-20 i brakiem możliwości zabaw z piłką i korzystaniem z materaca. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni we wszystkim - dostaliśmy na WhatsApp od Gospodarza linki do przydatnych miejsc i wszystkie potrzebne informacje (plaże, sklepy, piekarnia). Osobne miejsca parkingowe wskazane dla każdego apartamentu. Nie ma możliwości przechowania roweru ani w budynku ani w pokoju, ale są przed domem stojaki do zabezpieczenia roweru (nie skorzystałem, rower miałem zapięty w bagażniku rowerowym w aucie, a auto stało na terenie posesji). Świetne miejsce żeby wypocząć i poprawić kondycję na spacerach :)

Beautiful, clean apartments. The grounds and pool made the stay even better especially for kids! Big thanks to Paul for the welcome drinks and helping us order dinner delivery!
The scary steep road up that Google Maps took us on. (Our own fault).
It’s located two thirds of the way up on the mountain. It can be accessed from the main road above or a windy steep road through town. Maybe message owner to ask which way to go?
