Comfortable stay overall
Not loud, although we kept the windows closed due to the cold, so that may be part of it
Great location (everything is nearby)
The space is quite small for three people
The room was prepared for two guests despite paying for three: only two coffee mugs, two coffee portions, two sugars, two waters, etc.
Public parking is 6 minutes away, which was inconvenient since it was pouring rain
The elevator isn't usable for people, which made dealing with the stairs (and heavy luggage) difficult

Shower not really clean

Location, clean, decent breakfast although buffet area quite narrow
Windows not closing properly, no handheld shower head making shower quite difficult. No soap we had to ask. The luggage lift was not working, the tv in the room was not working properly, bathroom quite narrow, no power socket next to mirror helping when drying hair.
