Confortevole e pulita, la stanza aveva anche una piacevole terrazza con affaccio sul santuario.
E' un hotel semplice, d'altri tempi.
Il ristorante propone cibo locale a prezzi contenuti.

The location is very good. The hotel is in front of the Gran Sasso (opposite side of the mountain from Campo Imperatore). The hotel has a restaurant and offers breakfast. Also you can walk out the door and go for a walk in the town, where there are other restaurant options and shops. The hotel is very, very clean. The hotel is run by a family who speak English and Italian (and maybe other languages). Before our stay, we received a lot of tourist information about the area from the hotel, via email. There is also parking available. And the whole area is very safe.
It was all good and well above our expectations.

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, così come il bagno. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di scegliere se far pulire la camera oppure non essere disturbata: per un soggiorno di sole tre notti è stato molto comodo. La posizione è buona soprattutto per visitare il Santuario di San Gabriele e nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni bar e negozi di souvenir.
L’aspetto negativo principale per me è stato il rumore: la sera si sentiva fino a molto tardi, anche verso le 2 di notte, e al mattino ricominciava già intorno alle 6. Anche l’aria condizionata, pur funzionando bene, era orientata direttamente verso il letto e durante la notte risultava poco piacevole. Il parcheggio non è sempre garantito vicino all’hotel: tornando presto ho sempre trovato posto, ma arrivando più tardi probabilmente bisogna cercare nelle strade vicine. Anche il supermercato non è vicino. Considerando il prezzo di circa 82 € a notte, personalmente mi aspettavo un pò più di comfort e tranquilità.
