Can't beat it for the price. Decently clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely rooftop breakfast. And located right in the heart of Marrakech! Hard to find a riad as cute And clean for such a good price in such a location! Bathrooms recently redone and small but comfortable rooms.
As with many places in Morocco, the old plumbing means that the bathrooms sometimes have an unpleasant smell coming from the drains (only in one of the rooms this was an issue). This is common and keeping the door closed or drains covered helped.

Hotel's location is perfect. It is right in the middle of the madina kadima.
The ambiance is also very good. If you want to experience a stay in a nostalgic traditional place, this is a good choice.
The crew is very kind and nice. They are very helpful. They greeted us with a smile and helped us whenever we ask something.
Our room is very small but it is ok forthe price.

mather and daughter grown ups holiday, during the Christmas time for 5 nights. Location is the best. Bathroom was just fitted yesterday, there were more need to ask for , but anyway clean, clean and new bathroom. Very safe. always someone at the reception. Everyone was very friendly. although no French nor English sometime. Breakfast was always the same menu, sometime they gave us a little bit of service, but better bring cheese if you are with family.
Room and courtyard was very tiny, but a half price compare to the nearest Riad. I shouldn't complain.
