Personale molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Piscina carina e tranquilla, cibo buono e colazione soddisfacente. Molto utile anche il servizio transfer gratuito, che permette di raggiungere facilmente la zona sottostante.
La struttura è un po’ datata e alcuni dettagli delle camere e dei bagni andrebbero rivisti e rinnovati. Anche gli orari di pranzo e cena sono un po’ rigidi e con una fascia oraria breve. Il transfer serale è comodo, ma l’ultima chiamata a mezzanotte può risultare limitante.

La posizione è abbastanza comoda, tra Casamicciola e Lacco Ameno
Tutta la struttura ha bisogno di lavori di ristrutturazione e ammodernamento.
Le camere e in particolare il bagno sono molto datati. Le aree piscina all’aperto avrebbero bisogno di essere tenute meglio con tutti i lettini puliti e mantenendo in ordine anche il giardino che così è poco appetibile.
Il parcheggio si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dall’hotel
