The location is very convenient. Good view of the water and sunset, and close to the University of Zadar.
The facilities are on the old side. There is nothing bad, but it is clear that it could be improved. The most disappointing part is the lack of laundry facilities. I am sure that a careful reading of the facilities would have told me that. It would be convenient to have that in a place where people go swimming, and summer is hot. The worst thing is that it is provided by Booking.com.

The location is perfect for your visit to Zadar, offering a terrace with ocean views and walkable to everything in the old town.
AC in the bedroom would be the only thing I would like to make this property a 10/10.

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious and beautifully equipped apartment. It offers a proper kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a balcony with stunning sea views—the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or watch the sunset.
Ideally located in the heart of the Old Town, everything is within easy walking distance, including Kolovare Beach, the Sea Organ, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite its central location, the apartment is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe.
The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, and useful kitchen essentials such as olive oil and basic cooking supplies.
Our host provided clear, straightforward instructions, making check-in effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar.
