Attention to detail and the choice of finishes in the room
Maintenance was being done on arrival to the outside area which impeded our initial privacy

Spaciousness, view from the unit and security.
Very quite.
The lights in the bedroom in front of the dresser kept on switching itself off when my wife did her makeup.
