Nice clean and fresh room with a very helpful, very friendly staff. Breakfast was exactly what I needed. Big thanks.
Location, through no fault of hotel directly opposite a building was being renovated with lots of debris and rubbish outside.

Excellent location, situated on a quiet side street but within easy walking distance of the sea front, tower etc. Spotlessly clean property and good value for money. Lukas is a wonderful host, friendly and nothing is too much trouble also cooks an excellent full English breakfast.
There was nothing I disliked as such. The hotel is in progress of being updated and modernised, so some of the decor is dated and tired. But this honestly shouldn't put you off at all.
The hotel as I said above is excellent value for money, in a good central location and is spotlessly clean.

Excellent location, situated in central Blackpool. 5 minute walk to get to the front. Free parking is very useful and welcome. Very helpful staff and everything needed was provided. Room was clean and was warm. Very comfortable for the price.
The street where the hotel is based is a bit rundown. But this is not a reflection on the hardworking team running the hotel to the best of ability.

Close to beach.
Congested and poor facilities. Staff attitude was not good.
