Reception was good, the room was small and limited equipment, but exactly as stated so we were prepared for that.
Steps up to patio were uneven and lacked a hand rail.

Microwave, fridge, tv, power shower, kettle coffee/tea, and parking.
Sound proof window.
Walking distance to center
Odd odours.
Adjacent interior noise (above and beside). Bed could be better.

Nothing except the patio and the plates and cutlery in our room
Our rooo was in the walk-in basement with one narrow window. Very stuffy.
