The hotel is executive, business like with a very comfortable room on the fifth or sixth floor, a 5 minute walk to the Luodong Night Market and also to the train station. The bed was comfortable, room lighting good, shower all working well and the breakfast buffet room was on the same floor adjacent.
There was a female member of staff who was a little curt when we arrived for check in and who was also simiarly curt when we checked out - something to do with the check-out card which we were not given when we got the key to the room. The lady was not rude, just her mannerism and it was a little off-putting. She was apologetic. Also, we were confused when looking for the Hotel because it is at a higher floor level, so it took us longer than expected to find the place. However, that is not to say the hotel did anything wrong - just tourist be aware and check the information.

房間非常大，離火車站跟夜市都很近。
內部有很多設計不良的地方，整潔度也不佳。像是浴室洗手台水龍頭離洗臉盆有距離，所以洗完手關水，水就會淋到旁邊的檯面。沒有洗手乳或肥皂，浴室內牆面有老舊鐵架未拆除，可能是以前掛吹風機或燈的。淋浴間放腳踏墊的話，門打開會卡到。浴室很暗，沒有辦法化妝。房間窗簾發霉。放茶包跟吹風機的玻璃櫃上有很明顯的灰塵。外面走廊煙味明顯，房間內還好，但空氣清淨機的葉片中間斷裂然後是用膠帶黏起來的。房間很大但電視很小，跟房間比例差很多。

2、沒有免治馬桶；座蓋很冰冷
