Exceptional

Excellent location and very quiet and peaceful! I was worried about noise being so close to the beach but the place was super chill and the guests were all respectful.

Just FYI that Uber doesn’t work here and airport transport is $$$.

good location. comfortable beds.

pool was murky when we arrived. rooms are kind off on top of each other. staff is available but not overly helpful.

Very clean and beautiful room, comfortable bed, amazing location, a lot of boards and umbrellas!

The breakfast and coffee weren’t very good, weak shower pressure.

relaxing, family style stay

beautiful, clean space 5 minutes away from Los Cerritos beach. there is also a surfing company that offers a discount when staying at the hotel. breakfast was made to order and staff were very friendly and accommodating. felt like we were visiting a big family!

the wifi does not reach the rooms, however this is common in this area. there is plenty of wifi poolside.

great stay in Cerritos! excellent location & nice rooms and staff

great location, short walk to beach, good value for price, wonderful breakfast, use of beach chairs, nice space and king bed in the room

just be aware your main door to the room is a sliding glass patio door so there’s some degree of noise — folks coming and going, cars coming into gravel driveway, construction nearby etc. it’s a very quiet area in general but it’s not the most private feeling place. Room was nice and spacious though!

hot tub never on and takes along time to heat and pool had no circulation. surf boards were totally unusable due to being too rough of shape.

Hidden Gem in the desert 🏜

Quiet location, super charming, great communal kitchen area. 5 min from the beach !

I wish the pool was heated ;)

Second time’s a charm in Los Cerritos :)

Second time staying at Olas de Cerritos and it was better than we remember! Homemade breakfast, hot tub, king sized bed, tons of beach gear! Close proximity to local restaurants

Perfect surf hotel for solo travellers

The property was kept so clean and the cooked breakfast was a nice touch

other than being overcharged, everything was great

clean, nicely maintained, safe, location

Had a confirmed rate of 1017 usd at booking.com. Once there, we were charged in pesos with conversion set by property. Ended up paying 1092 usd.

Lovely staff, room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast cooked to order each morning.

Burned out light bulbs, hot water only in the shower, pool not in working order (and looked like it hadn't been in quite some time). Weather was cold and foggy (nothing to do with property).

It was great!

Breakfast was delicious, location was great and very close to the beach! Liked having chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for our use from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We didn't have a mini fridge in our room....this would have been very useful to have.

Breakfasts were good.

I didn't like that you need a key to get out of your room. The hot tub doesn't work. Was expecting a king size bed and got 2 doubles.

Really fun place at a very reasonable rate, but need to work on their heating and hot water.

Super close to beach. Close to good restaurant. Very friendly Host/owner. Everyone was super helpful. Place was convenient and approachable.

No hot water. Hot tub took a long time to heat up. The heat didn't work in our room
