Sehr freundlicher Empfang, zentrale Lage in Kirchberg, Nähe zum Bahnhof. Sichere Fahrradabstellung im Skiraum. Geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Bad. Reichhaltiges Frühstück vom Buffet, regionale Sachen, kein Tischmüll. Restaurant, bei Schönwetter gemütlich vor dem Haus.

Staff, cleanliness, bedroom, boot room and proximity to bus stops (despite very poor service), ski hire shop.
Very busy and noisy, child unfriendly main road, shouting from the street until the early hours. Gents in the foyer very smelly. The half board dining area was dated and lacked atmosphere. The food, although cheap, was often desperate and at times too salty to eat. The necessity to carry cash, no cards, at all times in the hotel for drinks with dinner and in the bar was very inconvenient.
