Located by the side of the main road into Livignio, it is fairly convenient as an overnight stop on a touring holiday. Plenty of space to park.
The property is a little worn and in need of revision. A broken door hinge, window blinds that are awkward to operate, and a front door lock that spins freely. Communication was poor - no response to our arrival time request and therefore no-one to meet us when we arrived. A local builder working nearby kindly called the owner whose representative arrived after a short while. The subsequent tour of the property was conducted at lightning speed, with no real warmth or care. It's an OK property, and perfectly fine for the asking price, but I'm not sure why this has a rating of 9.
