the housekeepings are very helpful, and also the front line. they help me with giving extra blanket and also replace the empty soap in the bathroom in short notice. i appreciate for the service given.

the phone is totally damaged, so i need to go down to the front line to ask replacement of soap (liquid soap was almost empty when I came in). the worst part is the restaurant, the staff is not helpful. one of them is pretending not to see when I raise my hand for help. the other one is not helpful when I ask for plastic bag and she keeps doing and ignore me. thats awful

price okay and not bad and location also not bad - the receptionist also very nice and friendly as well as very helpful surrounding location got supermarket - high end area and mostly livin' by chinese indonesian

1. breakfast was terrible - why very basic and simple breakfast - on my 2nd day stayed the omelet also gone at 9.00 am 2. the price for lunch time also insane very expensive - please do not dine in their restaurant - very expensive

pool, breakfast has many options, they have netflix, my kids really enjoy our stay in here

1. room cleanning is bad.. especially bath room moldy and dirty. 2. televsion remote is not working. 3. already requested connecting rooms for family but actual checked-in got two rooms far away. 4. live in low floor is hard to get empty or safety social distance space lift.
