Tutto,l'ospitalità e la cortesia dei proprietari,la posizione della struttura a ridosso delle mura,la pulizia della camera e del bagno,il letto comodo,la disponibilità per tenere in garage e ricaricare la batteria della bici,e poi ringrazioi la signora per la sveglia anticipata perché dovevo partire con la bicicletta molto presto al mattino

The position of the place, close to the city walls.
The place could use some extra cleaning, as we found it very dusty, especially on the furniture surfaces and under the beds.
The toilet of one of the bathroooms had a serious leak resulting on damp bathroom floor.
We found the cost of accessing the garden and pool excessive, at 10€ per person per day, especially in the summer as there are no other outside space in the structure.
