Convenience, location, clean, private parking, room size.
Restaurant is not great, style over substance in terms of flavour and balance, over priced for the quality and I base this on two meals over two years.
Odd décor in the room-massive bathroom and shower area, all a bit confused if well intentioned.
Overall it's ok but the restaurant is a big let down.

The hotel is well located and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was small but the bathroom is well-appointed. The breakfast was excellent.
Unfortunately the lift did not work during my stay. There was also an unpleasant smell on the stairs and hallways, and to a lesser extent, in the bedroom. The restaurant is expensive and the quality of the food variable.
