Eigentlich nettes Haus mit Sanierungsbedarf

Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Größe und Sauberkeit vom Pool. Pollbereich sehr gut isoliert. Ausstattung Küche: große Töpfe, viel Besteck, Heißwasser-Hahn. Lage (zu Fuß 5min bis zum Stadtkern und 10min bis zum Strand), Anzahl Steckdosen.

Matrazen, Decken, Kissen: Müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden, alles fleckig, teilweise durchgelegen und stinkt. Zwei große Luftröhren in der Sauna: Hoher Energieaufwand (wird separat berechnet) und wird nicht richtig heiß. Whirlpool kaputt: Heizfunktion geht nicht und braucht dringend Reinigung. Geschirr: Es gibt nur 7 Tassen bei 10 potentiellen Betten und Messer dürften schärfer sein. Wenig gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten für 8 Personen. Einzelbettenzimmer sind sehr klein. Dachboden darf von Putzkraft nicht betreten werden und ist dementsprechend dreckig. Typisch Marielyst Ferienhäuser sehr dünne Wände, Poolbereich Lüftung ist ziemlich laut im ganzen Haus.

Dort muss dringend etwas gemacht werden ! Schade bei der Lage und so einem schönes Haus!

Das einzigst gute war der Pool und die Lage vom Haus. Das war es aber auch.

Von kaputten Schränken, dreckiger Wasserkocher, vergilbte oder Schimmlige Betten, dreckiger Whirlpool, dreckigen Teppichen, kaputten Gartenmöbel und dreckigen Grill war alles dabei! Einfach enttäuschend.
