Super friendly staff, easy parking and central location walking distance from train/bus stations and so close to town centre, didn't dine here but menu looked lovely and confirm a wel stocked bar

location - very good
breakfast - poached egg on toast - you get the poached eggs then you need to make your own toast means waiting for the toaster doing the bread twice because it's not brown enough then coming back to your table and placing the now cold poached eggs on to your toast, a very odd way to offer poached egg on toast

Bathroom was a good size and clean
Bedroom was very small for the price. Didn’t feel clean and looked tired
