The apartment has absolute waterfront views at your door step with manicured lawn to the water's edge. Waterfront 37 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom spacious self-contained apartment situated within Yarrawonga Lakeside apartments complex which is run independently through the property owner. For further information on the apartment, sleeping configurations or just a question please not hesitate to send the owner a message. The apartment has been fully renovated to a very comfortable contemporary space. Main bedroom's ensuite has a luxury free standing bath and a walk in shower. Bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. A shower seat and support rail for your convenience is available. Centrally located to all popular activities and attractions. This north facing apartment has everything guests need for a comfortable and memorable holiday — quality bedding, open plan bathrooms, fully equipped laundry, 2 communal BBQ's at either end of the complex. Outdoor dining furniture, fridge with ice maker, private boat mooring and access to the resort lagoon swimming pool. MOORINGS - available bookings essential in peak season $10 per day or weekly rate of $50. APARTMENT PRICE - covers up to four guests - The sofa bed will be made up on request — additional fee applies. BEDDING CONFIGURATION - The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with the option of having a sofa bed made up for extra guests in bedroom 2 BEDROOM 1-MASTER BEDROOM King size bed with full ensuite including free standing bath BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed with the option of a sofa bed which can be set up as a king single or queen size bed. See photo of sofa bed made up in guest bedroom. Sofa bed is an additional $50 fee. REASONS TO STAY GOLF - Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort has the Murray course and the lake course plus the 9 hole executive course.Black Bull golf course (Silverwoods) now has an 18 hole course. Outstanding courses are also within easy reach at Corowa, Cobram/Barooga, Tocumwal and Howlong. DINING OUT - There are 6 hotels close by all with great counter meals, a variety of restaurants & bistros with Asian, French, Australian & Italian cuisine and plenty of takeaway food. THE CLUBS - Within walking distance or catch the courtesy bus, the Mulwala Ski Club offers some of Australia's hottest acts performing every week all live and free. Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Resort and Club Mulwala have a diners delight, all offer fine food, free entertainment, kids activities, and the pokies. KIDS - Yarrawonga has their skate park on the foreshore right next to the bridge — water slide and splash park. Mulwala - Tunzafun Amusement Park with mini golf, dodgem cars, mini train and trampolines. My friends and I had a lovely stay at Bev’s property. Property was very modern and very clean. Everything we possibly needed for our stay was available at the property. Bev was lovely very easy to communicate with. Within very close proximity to town and plenty of cafes, grocery stores and shops. We absolutely loved our stay at Waterfront 37. Being our first getaway with our 3 month old for a wedding, we had everything we needed so close by and a great amount of space for us and my in-laws (our babysitters!). We all loved the feeling of being SO close to the lake and all left saying we felt like we had been there a week when we had only stayed 3 nights - that’s how relaxed we felt!
The apartment itself is so beautifully done, very clean and feels so homey!
Beverley was great/easy to communicate with and was available for any questions we had throughout the stay.
It was a wonderful introduction to Yarrawonga/Mulwala and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this townhouse. It’s beautifully decorated and the location is right at the waters edge with a nice green lawn to relax on. Beverley has gone above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The main bedroom is very spacious with a gorgeous bathroom and freestanding bath - that I didn’t have time to use :(. Beds are so comfy and nice warm doonas provided. Kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely be back!
