Apart Hotel Providencia was very convenient for where we needed to be. It was located in a quiet one-way street, 10 minutes walk to the Metro, with plenty of cafés and a good few restaurants close by. Depending on which room we were in, there was a decent view. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a good-sized living area and great walk-in wardrobe. The shower was good, with plenty of hot water.
The staff were excellent - pleasant, helpful & friendly.
We stayed three times in the three weeks we were in Chile.

The staff.. super friendly and helpful. Claudio is one who shines ! I can't remember all the names but the front desk staff was excellent housekeeping was very kind..
No phone in room , safe did not work , view was of a metal roof top of another building no screens on windows ...definitely needs a fresh paint job...2nd room is tiny! No luggage racks. And the 1 TV is in the bedroom .so you can only watch if your in bed in the one room..it should be in living room..in the kitchen ,paper towels are not provided., water kettle was old. I did not want to use .. we had to ask for toilet paper everyday. We were 3 adults in a two bedroom ,oh and no bottle opener, the only one they had was in the lobby and so bad even a gentleman had a really hard time opening a bottle of wine
Why I would consider going back is the Staff!! They were wonderful!!
