Дякуємо за сервіс, прибирання щодня. Привітний персонал. Смачна їжа. Прекрасні різноманітні сніданки. Дуже тепла вода в басейні і джакузі. Було комфортно.
Інтернет часом давав збої.

The room was clean and spacious. And it was close to the attractions and restaurants. We arrived one day earlier and the staff was flexible enough to give us a room. We also liked the sauna and the swimming pool at the hotel.
To begin with, we planned to work a little at the hotel, that’s why the main criterion was the quality of the internet. The internet was so horrible that we weren’t even able to open social networks let alone the other websites. So, we had to pay extra money to use mobile internet.
Besides there was an accident with electricity. I touch the light switch in the bathroom and it hit me! The reaction of the receptionist was quite confusing. They checked the lamp immediately and might have fixed it - we didn’t check. But nobody apologised.
As for the food, we needed to go to the neighbouring restaurant to have a meal. That’s fine, but it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the hotel. We did enjoy the lunches, but the breakfasts were quite monotonous - 80% of the options we could order were eggs. Also we had a conflict with restaurant. My wife ordered a cake, and having eaten a half of it we understood that it had been burned. The reaction of the staff was quite confusing too. They took the rest of the cake and we had been waiting for the bill for a half an hour. We had to go, that’s why I told we would pay for the cake. They simply brought us the bill. And nobody apologised again…
Also the parking was quite small.
