A misura di bambino, numerose cose a disposizione libera tipo sponde letto/vasini/fasciatoio/salviette/ecc., personale disponibilissimo sia per quanto riguarda il bambino sia per quanto riguarda le intolleranze alimentari

La posizione della struttura, la disponibilità e cordialità del personale.
Camera pulita, un pochino datata ma ok. a parte la doccia un po' troppo piccola.
Colazione decisamente da migliorare. Dolci e brioches da evitare. Poca varietà e bassa qualità.

Posizione vicino il centro di Levico...staff cordiale... cibo ottimo...ottimi servizi soprattutto per i bambini.
Eviterei il buffet parziale a cena ..ok il menù fisso ma preferirei il servizio completo al tavolo.

The Babysitter girls are nice. They are doing their best.
The outside pool And the outside playground area are nice, altough the pool Was not working yet.
The idea is nice but way too much overcharged.
The prices are absolutly overcharged for what u get in my opinion. (2 adult with an 16 month old infant and a 4 years old toddler) The hotel is old, they tried to make more nice with a refreshment of paint, but the furnitures in the rooms are really old, in the shower was broken the ceramic and was always strange smell inside. The food in general we didnt like so much, for the afternoon they say there is cakes and drinks, but they was puting out what remain from the breakfast.. We got also stomach problems during the stay..
There is kids entertainment room but a lot of games are old and broken.
The hotel and the services are a 2* max 3*, but they charge you as a 4*
We were much better places for the same price.
