Great location, in the tiny, beautiful village of Campo / Ossuccio, right on the Greenway (highly recommended walking route) far away from the crowds. There's a tiny public beach round the corner, a mini market and one or 2 other restaurants in Ossuccio. Only a 1.5km walk or bus ride to the Lenno ferry. Clean, simple room with everything you need.
Owners and staff were polite and efficient but it didn't feel like the family-run hotel it advertises itself as. Breakfast was ok and the staff were accommodating in giving you more of what you wanted and less of what you didn't, but some fruit would have been nice.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and peaceful part of Lake Como.💚 The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were kind, helpful and genuinely attentive to their guests and their needs. The location was perfect for exploring Lenno and the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you😍

Breakfast was amazing!
We had to wait receptionist 10–15 minutes to come to the reception desk during check-in at around 3 pm. Unfortunately, she was not really welcoming or kind despite being late. When we were going out, even though we passed just a few centimeters from her desk, she did not look at us, smile, or say a word. Rude behavior overall
