My stay at Anjum Hotel Makkah was absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist. I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service and convenient location.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would be happy to stay at Anjum Hotel Makkah again.
Room size: The room was a bit small, especially for a family with kids and lots of luggage.
Late-night food: Unfortunately, the food we ordered late at night was not good. We ordered nuggets for my son and an Anjum Burger for myself. The next morning, my son became very sick and vomited around 10 times and we had to take him to the hospital. I can’t say for sure that the food caused it, but the timing was concerning. The late-night food experience was definitely a nightmare for us. Though it was our last night there, we have been eating buffet nothing happened to my child. It was the late night kitchen service.

I had an amazing stay at Anjum Hotel! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Our housekeeper, Rayan, went above and beyond for us and made our stay even more enjoyable with his exceptional service and attention to detail.
The breakfast was amazing, and the food from the café was really good too. Overall, we had such a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Anjum Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.
Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so special. We hope to be back again soon inshallah!

They were amazing as always and the Junior suite was worth the money
The amenities were great. The only thing we wish we had in this amazing room is a microwave

Breakfast (suhoor in Ramadan) had really good variety
Had to pay a 500 Saudi riyal deposit at check in, they did not accept Visa or Mastercard for the deposit so had to be cash, mind boggling that they did not accept internationally recognised payment methods for the deposit.
