location was great.

Lovely house, spread across three floors. Once it warms up it’s cozy and a lovely refuge from the cold winter wind.
Situated in a cluster of hoses off the beaten track, ideal for a quiet break.
This is a lovely property, with a little bit of renovation it could be absolutely stunning.
Look beyond the immediately visible surfaces and the property hasn’t had a deep clean in some time.
Kitchen to utility room, has a very low ceiling. Kept banging our heads, could do with some hazard marking or a different colour. (Yes, I know - how daft can I possibly be to keep doing it, but we did and while the white walls look good, the mean it’s easy to misjudge the height and crash bang!!)
Room on 3rd floor not really useable as a bedroom as the ceilings are so low. Shower also floods entire of the bathroom area. This means using and washing towels every few days.
Easily fixed with a few tiles and a slope to the drainage. And would mean wasn’t such a good wasted space
$$$$
