Incredible stay at Sands! Had a small feel to it after staying at Lux Grande Gaube, which we loved. The restaurants were great and good options for half board. We did the Pink Peppercorn one night which offers a 3 course set menu for those doing half board, or à la carte. The beach and pool are stunning and we loved that we could do water sports/boat trips included. They got me a cake for my birthday which was so lovely. Also used the gym and spa which was basic but good. Room was comfy and nice, less modern than the Lux, but very nice. We did the 7 waterfalls hike which is half an hour drive. We also loved the bar which did food and drink to your sunbed and had a pool table. We didn’t want to leave!
Minor but the bed was pretty hard. We thought Flic en Flac might have a bit more going on but after a visit to the town, there’s not a lot.

A beautiful resort which feels luxurious in all areas. Huge selection and variety in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner plus staff offer tasty treats around the beach and pool during the day. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, long white sandy beach, water sports equipment included make it a fun place to stay.

Lovely hotel with staff who go out of their way to look after you
A few nights our orders were wrong when we went to pay but we were a group of 10 people with different bills so that could of been a little awkward for them

Loved the layout of the hotel and the easy access to any area. The bird life was fantastic and the bats were fascinating to watch. The staff exceptioally friendly.
