The room was big and the balcony had a stunning view! The sunrise was gorgeous and we had great stargazing. We were there only one night, and the host was accommodating with our early check in. He was great with communication and his wife met us at the property for payment and gave us helpful info about the area. The apartment was clean with a small kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bed was nice, too. They provided filtered water in the fridge.
The islands are windy and the wind really whips through here, shaking the apartment. (We were on the top floor). This is not a fault, just something to know. It seems that no Karpathos apartments have screens, but we didn't have a bug issue here in July (maybe wind helps?). They had sandbags to keep the doors propped open. There was a good restaurant (Nina) right next to the apartment and we had an easy walk down to a gorgeous beach, cold clear water! Great snorkeling. There are other restaurants nearby and the locatation was a 15 minute drive to the airport and the port. This area seems to be mostly tourist-based with rentals, not really a town with locals. Truly beautiful beaches.
Since I like making a Greek frappe in the morning, a shaker in the apt. would be a great addition. :)

The owner of the property was such a gentleman. He upgraded our room free of charge as soon as we arrived. We told him we would be arriving earlier and he left the key with a neighbour of his so that we could check in earlier than planned. He also give us some great recommendations for beaches to visit and restaurants and tavernas to go to in the evening. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in Jhonathan's apartments. The apartment is spacious, modern and in great location. It's also the cleanest we have been! We really loved the balcony that has a great view. Also, there is a beautiful, quiet beach in walking distance. Finally, the host was very friendly and helpful. It's a great value for money and we would definitely come again!
