Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff

Fantastic hotel - really new and stylish, good food - but the best thing is the staff. Warm, friendly and kind - they went out of their way to help us and ensure we had a good stay. Eg im pregnant and they put us in a quiet, upgraded room - and helped arrange a massage in only a couple of hours. Thank you!

Loved the location of the hotel.

The location was great- very close to the center and the beach. Buffet style breakfast was OK and offered plenty of choices. Private parking for an extra fee was available with a prior reservation.

We didn’t like the room location. Nothing was explained about it at the booking time or prior to our arrival. It was located in the back of the hotel, supposedly overlooking the garden. However, because the room was on the ground level and had only one window facing the garden, which other people could walk through, we kept the curtains closed throughout our stay to maintain the privacy. Also, couldn’t use the outside private patio as the seat cushions had to be removed for deep cleaning.

Lovely hotel, nice spot on the island of Brac. Great staff!

The staff was excellent, especially Matko, who helped (us) two weary travelers find parking upon arrival. The location is superb, very clean and functional and the pool was a cherry on top -- clean, nice temperature.

Driving from car ferry landing to hotel -- it's a short block if you are walking -- but it was a hunt using bad digital info (don't trust Google Maps AND a GPS!). Perhaps the hotel could provide written turn-by-turn directions before arrival; they probably tire from having to talk their driving guests to their small parking lot or other spaces.

lovely location friendly staff good food good views of the harbor.

unfortunately despite showing the gentleman on reception that the charge for my stay had already come out of my card when we left he charged my card again so ended up paying twice, it took some time for the money to go back into my account.

OK hotel in the center of Supetar, on the sea-front

Location is perfect, very close to the sea front. Bed was really comfortable. Sun terrace and roof top lounge offer a cozy view over Supetar and sea. Food was good. There's nearby parking space just nearby the hotel.

While many things were great, I kept noticing the occasional dissonance between what the hotel is and what it wanted to be. E.g., for breakfast you could order fruits and you'd get a few half pieces of fruits sliced in thin portions and distributed sparsely over a large plate. Fancy? Luxurious? I don't know, I just had to wait half an hour for it and I'd simply expect to pick the fruit from the basket. If this was due to optimisation (it was off season), I'd wish they'd find more practical way. Another example: there is sauna and pool area (yeeey), however there's no shower in that place: you either have to go to the pool all sweaty or you need to get to your room to take a shower... I'd just wished such "design flaws" would not be there as it would make the entire experience much more genuinely pleasurable - there're a lot of good things already there.

Great location, beautiful hotel, Excellent staff

Excellent location close to the harbour and amenities. All the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly including the chef and kitchen staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very good and I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Beautiful but average. Lower your expectations.

The location is perfect. We arrived by boat and walked to the hotel in a couple of minutes. You can see the sea from the pool area, the rooftop bar and (just about) from breakfast.

The staff. I was shouted at when I asked for cutlery ("In a minute" - I'm still waiting. I got them myself), we were told the incorrect time for the restaurant opening for dinner etc... there was something rude or wrong every day. The pool - it was closed for two days. It's one of the perks of staying in this particular hotel though, if it is open. We paid for a sea view and got a room with a tiny window looking over a doorway entrance. It was our honeymoon, so this was extra disappointing.

Fantastic quite hotel, perfect for couples who want a relaxing holiday

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Excellent location next to a beautiful harbour. Room was lovely and clean with large bathroom Breakfast was buffet style and very good. Dinner was Al a Carte and all meals cooked fresh and very well presented. Difficult to choose a favourite as everything was delicious. The restaurant also has wonderful outside area for eating Al Fresco Staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous.

There is nothing to dislike at all about this hotel

Superb

We really enjoyed being accommodated in Osam. It fulfilled our expectations as per what we read on booking. Room was very clean, really nice and spacious. Super comfortable bed! Breakfast were just amazing. Buffet with wide range of whatever comes to your mind. Great location both from port and to reach beaches around. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was great relax!

We couldn't find a shower/cooling down place by sauna, so we were not able to enjoy procedure properly. It was the only minus we found there. Nothing major.

Hotel is conveniently ubicated in the village of Supetar, right off the beach . Great service, great personnel, they gave us an upgrade and we got booked into a massive room, whose size was huge. Great breakfast with fresh products and options for everybody. GEneral atmosphere is really welcoming. Very recommended

Location and staff, especially Mario and Anetta (these 2 could run this place blindfolded!!).

Our room, Garden 2, was lovely inside but it felt like we were in a basement even though we were next to the coast. We also felt as guests on quite a few occasions that there was real tension between staff and the general manager!! You could definitely sense something.

What a gem of a hotel... booked for an 8 night stay....Great location and facilities but more than that the staff and service were second to none.... I had booked a suite with a sea view but due to a mix up there was no sea view however the response from the hotel to correct the error was superb. The query was sorted the next day and many thanks to,the whole management team who upgraded the room to one of their top suites for the remainder of the stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful around the hotel and the level of service and quality of food was really 5 star.. Special mention to Dejan and all the staff in the restaurant. I would 100% recommend this hotel and please do not get put off by the hotel only offering half board.. food is so good you will not want to eat anywhere else...

Great location

The Hotel is in the centre of Supetar, close to the restaurants, shops, beaches. We stayed for two nights in the economy room which was very well maintained and equipped. The pool is small but still sufficient for a short leisure. It is adult only and it is kind of boutique hotels we like to stay.

Breakfast was very basic.

It's an amazing place. Stylish & thoughtful design, comfort, space, food (both breakfast and dinner), staff, closeness of the sea... everything allows you to spend peaceful leisure time and enjoy Brač at it's best.

Fabulous hotel

Fantastic hotel with extremely high standards throughout. Our room overlooked the harbour. As Croatia first timers, we opted for half board. Breakfast catered for everyone with a buffet catering for all requirements. Dinner also offered options for all preferences with just right portion sizes presented beautifully. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily with new towels. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. I also loved the resident kitty-M8.
