Superb

Communication was great, equipment was perfect, we've cooced all the time, and it was super easy. And the view! It worth it!

It was a great location and Madeira is very beautiful, the road noise was disappointing.

The location was great, just outside of Funchal and within easy driving distance of beauty spots and walks. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the apartment was mostly well equipped and clean.

The apartment is very close to a motorway and the road sound was very loud, it ruined the experience of sitting on the balcony - I think guests should be warned of this in advance. Some of the decor in the apartment and the towels/blankets were poor quality and considering the price of the apartment I was expecting better.

Amazing way to bring in the new year!!

The most amazing view of the NYE fireworks! The apartment is spacious, clean, with fully stocked kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher and washing machine). It’s ideal for a family.

Amazing - Great price-value!

The apartment has met our expectations to the fullest. We had an apartment on ground entrance level which direct view onto the sea and the harbour of Funchal. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. There is no cleaning service or chanching of towels/bed sheets included (we booked 7 nights) but can be requested upon an additional charge. Checking in was super easy and communication before arrival has been smooth. Location is perfect as you are 15 minutes from the airport and around the same time from Funchal.

Nice place but extra facilities are quite costly

Very comfortable apartments with absolutely everything needed in them. Spotless clean. Beautiful amazing views. Friendly staff members.

It isn't in town and you have to drive everywhere from there. The spa and gym are quite costly. We couldn't use the bath in our flat because there was no plug.

We enjoyed the apartment and the spectacular views of Funchal.

Apartment was fantastic. Everything we needed for our stay. It’s a large apartment. The view is amazing. The location was perfect for us.

The WiFi doesn’t reach the master bedroom.

Fabulous first time in Madeira!

Highlight for me was the spectacular view of the bay and all of Funchal. Photos don’t do it justice. We loved eating out on the balcony and watching the sunrise and sunset. Also the kitchen facilities were top notch and everything you could need was provided. Great location too for Funchal and exploring the island by hire car. And added bonus we loved a few hours in the heated pool in the village forum.

Some of the furniture was a little tired, lamp shades stained, walls scuffed and generally the apartment deserved a bit of TLC and could I felt have been much cleaner. Poor quality towels and linen provided. No welcome drinks or even a bottle of water! We had a problem in both bedrooms and en-suite bathroom with ants - even in the beds which wasn’t great - and no solution offered when I reported it. We tried spray but they were persistent! Also we had a leaking toilet which we had to catch with a bucket for four days until the plumber could attend.

Good stay

Outstanding view from the balcony to Funchal! Nice, light and cozy apartment. It has everything what you can need. Secured territory, free parking. The apartment is near the main road, so it is simple to reach all places in the island. Definitely I would recommend this apartment.

Near the main road, so you can hear noise, if windows are open. Furniture in the balcony is a little outdated. Also we had a few small problems, but it was quickly resolved.

Luxury apartment with amazing views, fantastic shared pool and secure village location.

Lovely luxury apartment, plenty of room, good parking and fantastic views - exactly like the photos online.

Unfortunately despite an amazing view, the balcony overlooks 2 major road systems, which spoilt the enjoyment of sitting outside due to the traffic noise. In addition the lounger chairs are a little tired and should be replaced.

The apartment with great view

The apartment has a amazing view of Funchal from all rooms. It is very specious for family or 4 adults and well equipped. We had broken the heating system for the hot water, but it was fixed next day.

I had only one concern, I would welcome if furniture on the balcony will be replaced. The chairs looked shabby.
