Breakfast was amazing. I particularly appreciated the gluten free options (which I require): eg tapioca porridge, tapioca cake and fresh fruit, cheese, eggs. The room was comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning functioned well. The location is perfect for the Hangar convention centre and it is also just a short walking distance to a major supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful. I walked everywhere or took a taxi if really needed. The environs were pleasant and neighbours friendly.
Possibly the room decor and maintenance could be improved, given the price I paid. But I was there for COP30 when the city was very full and prices everywhere were inflated. And it was totally fine for my needs.

Breakfast is okay. The staff is very helpful.
I booked this hotel via booking.com because it said that English is also spoken here. Not one staff spoke english and I don't speak or understand portugese.
Breakfast is okay, but lacks variety. It's like you know what you will have for breakfast a week from today. A daily special item would be nice.
