1.房間整體設備不錯，電視夠大（可以看YouTube），衛浴有免治馬桶、花灑淋浴及浴缸，還能邊泡澡邊看電視。
2.地段OK，雖離捷運站有段距離，但騎Ubike算方便，且樓下各種超商及宵夜店很便利。
1.隔音極差，並不是會聽到隔壁房的聲音，而是只要一到早上6、7點左右便會傳來各種敲敲打打的聲音，不知是隔壁施工還是何種設備的運作聲響，入住這三晚皆是早上6、7點就被吵醒，無法繼續睡，雖然晚上沒有，對於想睡晚點的旅客來說是種折磨！
2.房務打掃普通，基本上打掃只是收走垃圾桶的垃圾，以及更換浴巾放回架上，其他部分是完全保持原樣、沒整理的感覺。
