Breakfast and dinner were out of this world! We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Most importantly, my children loved the stay and the food. I had never seen them eat so much—they ate to their hearts’ content! 😊
The hotel is strategically located, with easy access to nearby shopping areas and other amenities.
Another experience that truly touched our hearts was the evening prayer accompanied by beautiful music. The atmosphere felt so divine, peaceful, and uplifting.
We had a wonderful stay. The next time we visit Chennai, we will definitely choose GRT Hotel again!
Everything was already excellent; we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

overall was excellent experience, above the expectation. we were picked up fromn the airport by hotel transportation. We were greeted by the person incharge in the airport itself. we have requested for airport pick up from the hotel for a small charge. we were greeted by person in charge and was directed to our drivers (2cars). That's a suprise. In the hotel, the welcome was awesome and personalised. We were given free ride to GRT shops. wonderful breakfast spread; western , Indian and Asian. Our family had a great time and we will come again. The hotel location at T. Nagar made the shopping easier. The were daily fruits and biscuits.
The room furnitures looks abit dated but did not dampen the experience. it's the only thing.

Appreciate the Upgrade to Club class.
We had a well spread out Buffet Sunday Brunch at a discounted rate; thanks. Several Walk-ins.
We had nice filter coffee in the morning.
The location suited our requirement, perfectly
Staff are earnest but visibly tense.
It was a busy hotel
Room - overall could be cleaner.
Didn't appreciate that the AC thermostat was 'Locked' in Vent/26 degs mode. It was subsequently corrected.
Plumbing needs an overhaul
Windows need cleaning
We cant say, we didnt like the above. These are constructive critiques.
