Exceptional

The view was amazing, it was very safe, the restaurants had good food, the pool was clean . Access to the ocean was easy.

Our connection to the airport flight was at 1:30 in the morning and we had to be out of the complex at 11:00am. We could not store our baggage anywhere onsite except the room beside the guarded entrance and if we stored the luggage there we had to be there to watch it. We wanted to stay that day from 11:00 till 7:00 at the poolside so we had access to a shower and a bathroom but that was not allowed either. We meet the people who were rented the room after us and they said they came a day earlier and you gave them a room to stay while waiting for us to leave. Your very accomadating to people coming into the facility but not very accomadating when we leave. That was the only issue we had during our stay there.

Very responsive and gracious host. kitchen had everything we needed and more. we cooked while looking at the beautiful views! can’t beat the views! close to other beaches. we visited four. walking distance to restaurants and market.

Good location right on the beach

Lied about the actual unit being rented. Master bedroom is small, no tub, ac in master bedroom not cooling properly, property manager is rude.

Wonderful

This place exceeded my expectations. Beautiful view, clean, lots of room. Great for groups and I felt safe as a solo traveler. I would love to stay her again. Also close to shops and restaurants and right on the beach.

Comfortable, spacious with stunning view

The property is perfectly clean, spacious, and very nicely decorated. It includes everything you could possibly need. The sea view from the balcony is extraordinary. Very nice pool area with access to the beach. Definitely worth it.

There are some details that could be improved with the furniture, bedside lamps. The elevator feels unstable and not properly maintained. Air conditioning and TVs are old.

It was a glorified slum lords palace.

When you first arrive, you’ll think ok this is great it’s a beautiful condo on the water. Then you will be greeted by one of the unit managers. If you have Paula keep your bags packed and find another place to stay. If you have Julie, it’s your lucky day she’s great! Btw, you don’t get to pick who your manager is. The manager is hired by the unit owner.

I’m not sure where to even begin on what I didn’t like. If you’re from Europe or the USA and you’re well aware of what a penthouse is please don’t think you’re actually staying in a penthouse at this particular place. It’s far from it! This unit has 6 ac units. Out of the 6 ac units only 3 of them actually blew cold air. They are also extremely noisy. Only one shower has hot water & it’s not the master bedroom. Don’t look up in the living room because you’ll see there’s bubbling from water damage and little black spots (not sure if it’s mold). Out of the four days we stayed there two of the days we had maintenance in our unit. First day we were informed they will be there. Second day we were not and they stayed all day. Please be aware there Jaco’s shopping strip sewage lets out right next to the building. Oh and one last thing if you have Paula please make sure you ask her for the phone number she actually answers. She will tell you she has two numbers. I let her put her phone number into my phone. The number she put in she hardly answered. Then she told me she has a different number & she hardly ever answered that one until I told her I was going to find out who owned this 701 PH unit.
