We had an amazing stay at U by Z Hotels. The hospitality was excellent, and Jyothi and Prageesh were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Jyothi, who supported us really well and guided us whenever we needed any assistance. Her warm and caring approach made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the service and hospitality

Le manager et la réceptionniste était à l'écoute de nos demandes, toujours souriant, cherchant des solutions à nos revendications
Certains membre du personnels ne savaient pas parler anglais mais uniquement en hindi ce qui peut poser quelques souci de communication avec la clientèle.
Peut être une formation en langue serait appréciable pour faciliter la communication dans l'hôtellerie.
