Sasha is a kind and generous host, always welcoming, funny, and great to talk to. The breakfast was amazing every morning: fresh, delicious, varied, and you can really tell it’s prepared with love. We might come on our way back just for the breakfast, haha.
The location is perfect. The sea is just a very short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We genuinely felt at home here and would definitely stay again.

Thanks to the host, we had unforgeable time there, the room size with really comfortable to our family (2 kids) - the everyday breakfast with a huge smile of the host Sasha was amazing.
The location is in the center of Herceg Novi, walking distance to markets and bus station, about 100m away from the nearest beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were very nice, humble, extremely helpful, and polite throughout my visit. Their warmth and attentiveness made the experience feel personal and welcoming. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had, highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great people.

Friendly reception, room view, breakfast, parking, close to the sea and beach.
Just a bit far away from old town (1,5 km) but did not bother us at all as you get to have a nice stroll on the promenade.
