The property was beautiful with lots of artistic touches. The staff and management were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was a little overwhelmed by the size of the breakfast crowd so service was noticeably slow. Returned the next day to a much smaller crowd and both service and food quality was exceptional.

The staff was very friendly - especially the "Mama" :) The location is very beautiful, it felt like a casa in Italy and it was very lovely decorated. The location is great as well, in 10min on foot you are on the main square.
One of the listed benefits were a taxi to the airport. So we ordered a taxi to the Tuxtla airport. But actually only ordering the taxi was included so we had to pay for it. I think to avoid further misunderstandings it'd be better to remove this entry since it's not really a benefit per se.

Nice location, close to the center. The hotel is very clean, with a nice heated pool (the weather was too cold for us, so we did not use it, but some other guests enjoyed it) and a lovely green courtyard. We stayed here only one night and could have easily spent more time here.
The only small thing that took away from our great feeling was the figure of probably the female owner who kept walking through the grounds with a frowny face, sometimes giving emphatic orders to employees.
