Es war kein Urlaub, es war einfach nur nervenaufreibend

Die Lage der Unterkunft im Bezug auf die Strandnähe war wie beschrieben gut. Das Ehepaar dass uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat war sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar

Vor der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Großbaustelle. Diese Information wurde uns in jeglicher Form vorenthalten. Die Baustelle war direkt vor der Unterkunft. Baulärm und Erschütterungen ab 7 Uhr jeden Tag inklusive Stromausfall. Wir hatten Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, denn wir befanden uns ja in einer Ferienwohnung. Das Grundstück konnte an mehreren Tagen gar nicht verlassen werden über die einzige Zufahrtsstraße (Schwedenstraße) Meine Nachrichten an Sie (Booking.com) wurden bis heute nicht beantwortet. Erst nach dem ich in einer ewigen Warteschleife angerufen habe fand meine Beschwerde einen Ansprechpartner. Es ist unerklärlich, dass es keine Information zu diesem Bauvorhaben bei den Informationen zur Buchung gab. Unter diesen Umständen hätten wir definitiv nicht gebucht. Der Urlaub war der pure Stress. Punkt 7 Uhr Wochentags "standen" wir in den Betten. So fing jeder Tag an. Jeden Tag fanden wir eine neue Situation vor. Der Bagger direkt vor dem Haus. Ich habe alles dokumentiert und auch Tonaufnahmen von dem Baulärm gemacht. Ich hab viel geweint und war verzweifelt. Das ganze Jahr spart man auf seinen Jahresurlaub und befindet sich dann direkt vor einer Baustelle. Dies kann und werde ich für diesen hohen Preis nicht akzeptieren. In Gesprächen mit der Baufirma und anderen Gästen erfuhren wir auch, dass die Großbaustelle bzw. das Bauprojekt ein Jahr geplant ist und auch alle Besitzer in Kenntnis sind darüber. Es war einfach nur schlimm. So stellt sich niemand seinen Jahresurlaub vor. Nach meinem Anruf bei Ihnen, wollte sich Booking.com wieder bei uns melden. Ich bekam lediglich die Nachricht, dass die verantwortlichen der Unterkunft sich nicht gemeldet haben und ich es doch versuchen sollte. Dies hatte ich schon längst über ihr Portal getan. Die Mitarbeiterin die ich am Telefon hatte von Booking.com konnte alle meine Nachrichten einsehen. Ich habe weiterhin geschrieben, dass ich eine Entschädigung oder Reisepreisminderung erwarte. Ohne Antwort!!!!

Dank der Fam. Hellerberg konnten wir doch noch unseren Urlaub ohne Sorgen machen.

Wir wurden von Fam. Hellerberg freundlichst empfangen und betreut. Sie gaben uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Abendgestaltung. Das ist eine sehr freundliche und umsichtige Familie die sich sehr um uns Urlaubsgäste gekümmert hat. Ein großes Lob an Fam. Hellerberg!

Das wir kurz vor Urlaubsantritt erfahren mussten das es keine Parkmöglichkeiten wegen Straßenbau gibt. Mir wurde gesagt das ich problemlos mein Geld zurück bekomme. Super, dass kurz vor dem Urlaub!

Wir wurden von Fam. Hellerberg freundlichst empfangen und betreut. Sie gaben uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Abendgestaltung. Das ist eine sehr freundliche und umsichtige Familie die sich sehr um uns Urlaubsgäste gekümmert hat. Ein großes Lob an Fam. Hellerberg!
