The location not far from the beach, bars, supermarkets. Breakfast was good. Clean.
Apartment for 3, squashed, hairdryer but no mirror in front of you, only mirror was in bathroom. No cleaning facilities on days rooms arent cleaned so had to find something to clean the room cups. No cupboard space in pull down bed area. Nowhere to put your coffee down. Just a sofa bed taking up all the space, which sqeaked like crazy on every move. Very tight space so either in/on bed or not despite there being a very small sitting area in the corner. Breakfast was good, 1 waitress, run off her feet every day. Few sunbeds and guests were putting towels down. No umbrellas at sunbeds and it was hot weather so no shade. Demitris bar short walk from aprtm was reasonably priced fir drinks and pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyed our stay regardless of all the negatives.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, molto tranquilla e tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
Staff molto cordiale, il tutto eccezionale, davvero una scelta giusta per le vacanze a Ypsos!

the staff is really nice and helpful!
if you are traveling and want to relax don’t choose this place, crazy Italians are parting all night long at the hotel, next to hotel’s swimming pool until 6 am! it’s impossible to have a good night sleep in this hotel, as the party is all night long, everyday!
