Was well located - short flat walk to restaurants, met etc. apartment was spacious and well equipped.
The stairs! I had not researched properly and hadn’t been aware there was no lift till we got there. Something to be aware of if travelling with an elderly person.

The apartment is in an excellent location, in a beautiful residential neighborhood. It is very close to Forum metro station, and the Netto supermarket is just around the corner.
The apartment is truly spacious and is located in a beautiful old historic building. Parts of the apartment have a charming early-20th-century atmosphere, with original floors, and ceiling decoration. At the same time, the kitchen and both bathrooms are modern and newly renovated. The walls are freshly painted, the apartment is clean and tidy.
The beds were comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay. Mrs. Pernille was very responsive to our questions, and communication was clear, quick, and excellent throughout our stay.
We would happily recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
The toilet cistern in the larger bathroom fills up extremely slowly, and the sink drain in the smaller bathroom drains poorly. However, since the apartment has two bathrooms, this was not a major problem for us.

Great apartment to stay in, spacious, well appointed, comfy beds, brilliant location to explore Copenhagan - easy to walk in or 5 mins to the metro. Supermarket 4 mins walk away very useful
Access to the apartment via online BEKEY APP was problematic to download and to use. We were locked out at one poiint. Host responded quickly to resolve.
Loo seat in en suite bathroom needs fixing, potentially a hazard.

Locatie ten opzichte van de stad en OV IS PRIMA
Woning ligt aan zeer drukke doorgaande weg en is erg gehorig. Eén van de twee toiletten deed de stortbak het nauwelijks (duurde bijna een uur om vol te lopen). Hierdoor aangewezen op één toilet. Door alle “stil zijn” regeltjes en geheimzinnig gedoe rond de voordeur sleutel (verstop onder bladeren in een voortuintje aan de hoofdweg) hadden we het vermoeden dat het appartement eigenlijk niet verhuurd mocht worden.
