The staff, attention and communication
The room smelled very damp, had very little ventilation, the only window faced directly onto the hotel hallway, which compromised privacy. The water in the shower came out in a very small stream, and adjusting the temperature was very difficult. After using the shower, the steam and humidity lingered in the room for hours. The bed was huge and comfy, accurate price - benefit
