We did like the room, it was cozy and clean. The location is perfect, since the old town is very close.
Also, It is located in a quiet area, and close to shopping center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and we really enjoyed our stay in 4Cardinals Boutique.
The staff is great, very helpful and kind people. The room was very clean, and the AC / mini-fridge are a huge plus when the outside temperature is 30.
Great experience and we will chose this place next year as well.
The only thing I didn't like was the shower head, which had an odd flow. I tried to switch the flow, but it leaks in a strange way. Anyway, this fact didn't change our overall experience and our rating is 10/10.

Location great. Most staff were great. Good room size and price.
Other staff were fine but one of the ladies we spoke to asking for a new duvet, as one there was very smelly, was very rude. She tried to deflect to why do we need a duvet and that they all smell like that and it took us asking several times just to get the most basic of hotel facilities - full clean bedding. The replacement one we got was marginally better. Same for getting a couple extra pillows, there was a lot of complaining.
No lift so getting up with luggage is a bit difficult.

Easy parking and in a safe location. Quiet neighbourhood.
The temperature controls in the room didn’t work. I also msged the property using booking.com messenger to request 2 extra coffee pods and no reply. I don’t mind them if they said no to me, but silence is not an answer.
