Somos una familia que viajó en auto desde Uruguay con tres niños. De 10 casas, esta fue la única que alquilamos a través del site homeaway y fue la única que nos dio problemas. El día de la llegada era imposible comunicarnos con la dueña, hasta que finalmente conseguimos que una persona de Brasil nos prestara el telefono para poder llamarla. La dueña nos dijo que las llaves estarían escondidas en un lugar. Llegamos de noche y en vez de eso, nos encontramos la casa abierta, con las llaves puestas y dos vidrios de una puerta rotos. En ese momento se presentó alguien borracho, que no sabíamos quién era. Sin mala actitud, pero borracho nos dio algunas indicaciones. Era el vecino de en frente y no era un referido de la dueña. Informamos a la dueña sobre los vidrios rotos y nos dijo que lo desconocía. Esa noche no pudimos dormir. No sabíamos dónde nos habíamos metido, si podía entrar algo/alguien por esos vidrios y además la casa se llenó de mosquitos. Le mande un mensaje a la dueña: "este lugar es seguro?" nunca constestó. La segunda noche tampoco pudimos dormir porque la casa se llovía por varios lugares, una de las goteras cayendo en la cabecera de la cama principal. La dueña dijo no saber de las goteras tampoco. Además encontramos un vaso sucio abajo de la cama y platos sucios ya guardados en el mueble de la cocina. La dueña que seguía sin comunicarse, delegó la comunicación a su hijo quien nos quiso mandar a alguien para limpiar. Ya habíamos decidido irnos del lugar. Reclamamos las noches que no ibamos a quedarnos (incluso nos hacíamos cargo de la tarifa de limpieza) pero la dueña no volvió a contactarse con nosotros, ni siquiera se dignó a responder mensajes. Un desastre! Seguimos esperando el reembolso de los días que no estuvimos en la casa y que tuvimos que pagar en otro lado. Para finalizar el salir de la casa es un caos, es una calle de una sola vía y hay que esperar que una larga fila de autos que van a la playa pasen y estacionen. El primer día tuvimos que esperar dos horas para salir y el segundo día salimos a las 7:30 de la mañana. La playa de fortaleza tiene linda vista, pero es una playa llena de gente, con arena mojada, ruido y llena de barcos. Para quienes buscan de tranquilidad, no la recomiendo en lo absoluto. El precio que pagamos por esta casa fue definitivamente una estafa!

About this house rental

Bright and airy house with 130 square meters, 03 bedrooms, two suites (one external with independent entrance) and parking space for 03 cars. The house has three bathrooms: one in the internal suite, one social and a third in the external suite. It has a beautiful lawn surrounding the house, large porch, and located in a super quiet street.
Fortaleza beach is considered one of the most beautiful in Ubatuba. It is a very tranquil one, as is its sea which is excellent for diving and snorkeling. Throughout its length the beach is rich in almond shadows.
In the right corner of the beach is a natural pool full of fish and marine life. It is very worth knowing!
