Beautiful location by the lake. Large and very well maintained hotel grounds with wonderful walking paths through a pine forest along the lake. The cherry blossom season in early February was particularly delightful.
The room was clean and comfortable. No air-conditioning but there's a window that we kept open to let cool fresh air come in.
Staff were very professional and kind.
Inhouse breakfast was excellent with a huge spread.
The walls were a bit thin. We could hear the next room's baby crying, people sneezing, and chattering along the corridor.
Weekends are noisier when there were more guests and when there's an event.

It’s always in the best location of Tuyen Lam lake, quiet and chill
They assign me to the wrong room, even I requested a month before but they didn’t pay attention to it. Quite disappointed during checkin process because of that, later they apologize and send us a dish of cake but that not what I am expected.

The location
Had 4 breakfasts there and every day the coffee was lukewarm at best if not cold….
Pathetic really … even the staff acted dumb when informed… not 4 star … sorry
