A very nice ageing hotel that is kept in good shape. The room we had had a great view on the slopes of Mount Ikawa-san.
The dinner and breakfast buffet were a bit disappointing. During dinner some of the food choices ran out quite fast with the number of people eating at the same time. For breakfast the choice was a bit too limited for the type of hotel that this one is.

It is very close to the ski field and 2 meals were included in the rate, so for the spring season it was good value for money. Lovely mountain and very easy skiing. The shuttle surface to the lift was extreme reliable and skiing back to the hotel in the afternoon was a great option.
It was an older hotel and although the food was good, there wasn’t much ambience to the buffet restaurant style meals. Being there in spring meant that the ski out option was not available as the gondola next to the hotel was closed for the spring season.
