我們是訂一泊二食的方案，晚餐算豐富，味道也不錯；早餐就相對的平淡一點。小木屋外停車很方便，也有個大澡堂，可以好好的泡個澡放鬆一下。這邊離十二湖很近，開車過去青池的停車場不用10分鐘，是個適合逛十二湖的絕佳地點。
我覺得小木屋的冷氣設置很糟，一樓的客廳有一台冷氣，我們全家人只能靠這台冷氣才能渡過一晚。一樓有一間兩床房，但裡面沒有冷氣，這設置真的不可思議，獨立房間不放冷氣只有悶熱而已；二樓也有一間兩床房，有一台冷氣但不冷，而且開個15分鐘就會自己關機，連要開送風都做不到。所以我們只能把一樓的房門打開，小孩睡裡面，另外我跟太太睡在二樓的閣樓，靠著客廳的冷氣渡過一晚。我覺得這真的太糟了，收那個費用的住宿得到這種品質。不要幻想白神山的夏天夜裡其實不熱了，就算不是熱到不行也不是沒有冷氣能過活的，再說我們是來渡假又不是來修行的，來住宿小木屋的旅客先確認好屋內的情況比較好。
