10 min walk to Kyoto Station, there’s already a nearby konbini 2 blocks away. Shampoo soap provided. Clean towels.
Not much, our stay was good and comfy. Tatami could use a bit of cleaning. It would also be nice to have a sign on the door for do not disturb (to skip room service).

Communication with staff was easy, they held our luggage for us the morning we arrived so we could explore the city before checking in. Simple room for 3 people Good location- short walk from Kyoto station, restaurants and convenience stores. Able to experience the Japanese futon beds on the floor.
Great value for money given the location and size of room.
Wifi didnt work in our room on the 3rd floor.
Otherwise our 1 night stay here was fine.

Location was great
It was dirty. There was no toilet paper when we arrived, had to look for 7/11 at 9 pm. Sink and bath were blocked and the water was not going down. Winter duvets were too hot. Aircon was not working too well. Tatami were plastic
