About this apartment rental
My house is located in the heart of Athens. The famous Monastiraki and Psyri areas are most known for their bars, restaurants, flea market and of course shopping. Enjoy your time in Athens living in a historical traditional house.
Ideally located, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood in the center of Athens. It is fully furnished and equipped. This elegant apartment is 5 minutes walking from the Syntagma Square and Monastiraki where is the very popular flea market. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, toaster, nespresso. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
There is also laundry machine and dryer in a separate room on the top of the building. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Finally for those who wants to stay fit even in their vacations there is a treadmill.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 80 meters away.
The apartment is very close to Greek traditional tavernas, pharmacies, banks and any kind shops. The nearest beach is 8 km away.
Stay in one of the best & safest areas of Athens, and walk everywhere. - Syntagma - Plaka - Acropolis - Monastiraki - Kolonaki - Acropolis Museum - Platia Karitsi Bar neighborhood - Ermou Shopping Street They are ALL within walking distance, from 1 MINUTE away to a maximum of 15 minutes. A beautiful apartment on a quiet street in the center of the vibrant Psyri district, one block away from two fabulous breakfast places, a great bakery, and a wine bar. The apartment is spacious and clean and well-furnished. The host was friendly and helpful, and prompt in all communications. We even were given pieces of a delicious homemade orange cake as welcome gifts. The temperature in the apartment remains pleasantly cool, even on a hot day. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. We would definitely stay here again; it’s an ideal spot.

This apartment is in a wonderful location! The surrounding streets are very lively with pedestrians, but the apartment itself was mostly quiet. The apartment had more than enough room for our group of 3 and we loved how easily we were able to walk anywhere. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again next time we're in Athens!
